We do not directly store health data in our database, but constantly requesting information from your Apple Health app to make our calculations and assumptions. The only exception to this is that when you share a score via the chat functionality - we do store the score data (although this is not a direct health metric, but a calculation from the health analysis).
c) Nutrition Data: The App collects user-logged nutrition data and stores food names, macronutrients, and portion sizes on our secured database.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
a) Personalization: To provide a personalized experience, we may use the data collected to offer tailored fitness recommendations, insights, and goal tracking within the App.
b) App Improvement: We may analyze aggregated and anonymized user data to improve the App's functionality, features, and user experience.
c) Communication: We may use your contact information to send you important updates, notifications, newsletters, and promotional materials related to the App. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
We do not share or sell your personal information, health data, or any other data collected through the App with any third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
